A teacher assistant provides support to a lead teacher in charge of a classroom. Also known as teacher’s aides, these professionals reinforce lessons by tutoring individual students or small groups. Their duties include creating lesson plans, documenting progress, and overseeing lesson preparations.

Job Requirements:

• For Kindergarten Level – Female Fresh graduates with any field of study and willing to take part in a two-week long training session on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job.

• This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

• For Primary Level – Fresh graduates with any field of study (Preferably degrees related to teaching or applied sciences) and willing to take part in a two-week long training session on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job.

• This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.
