Job Description
A KG is a professional educator who is tasked with the responsibility of managing a preschool. A KG director builds on the well-respected ethos and reputation of the preschool through collaboration with teachers, parents, principals, and board of directors.
Salary: Attractive scale
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the KG
Manage staff in collaboration with the principal.
Create policies and develop curricula which conform to the state requirements.
Job Requirements:
B.A./ M.A. in EDPM
Candidates with B.A. in EDPM or related field of study are preferable
Experience:
with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in administrating renowned private Kindergarten School as a administrator in Addis Ababa.
