Job Description
Guidance counselors are certified professionals employed by schools or academic institutions to assist and advise students about academic and personal decisions. They provide private counseling to students, assess the ability and potential of students, and coordinate with fellow professionals on student matters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
Evaluating students’ attributes and assisting them in realizing their objectives.
Developing and implementing counseling strategies with contemporary methods of mentoring.
Job Requirements:
B.Ed./BA/B.Sc./ M.Sc./M.A./ in Counseling Psychology or related field of study
Experience:
with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a guidance and counselor in a school environment
