Duties and responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations related to customers.

  • Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

  • Manage the administration processes including records/data to ensure that they work efficiently and effectively and in the best interests of the customer, direct the team to achieve budgetary targets

  • Develop and sustains relationships within key departments to facilitate two-way communication concerning opportunities and threats within the organization and outside. 

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field.

  • minimum: 3 years

  • maximum: 5 years

Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
