Operating engineers have a variety of duties on construction sites, including controlling and driving heavy machinery, ensuring safety practices are followed, cleaning and maintaining equipment, using equipment pedals, turn valves and levers, and coordinating with crew members.

Duties and responsibilities

• Replace or change parts as per advice by his immediate supervisor

• Inspect regularly all production machineries to ensure long life, safe and efficient operation.

• Follow up the stalk level of spare parts, tools, accessories and report

• Record the maintenance report on weekly base the progress and activity report

• Perform other related duties as may required 

Job Requirements

Experience

• Degree in Auto Mechanic or related field of study

• minimum: 3 years

• maximum: 5 years

Skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship
