Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor the planning and delivery of lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of the students. - Ensure a safe and positive school environment that promotes learning and encourages cooperation; - Encourage and motivate staff and all other stakeholders to participate in school activities; - Develop and maintain effective, respectful and professional relationship with staff, students, and parents; - Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the Academy. - Supervising and evaluating the performance of teachers, support staff and other employees of the Academy.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans. - Deliver engaging instruction using various methods (e.g., songs, stories, play). - Teach foundational academic concepts (alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors). - Foster pre-reading, pre-writing, and pre-math skills. - Promote language development and communication skills. - Introduce social and emotional learning concepts. - Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs. - Prepare students for elementary education. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children - Punctuality and propensity to teamwork

Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher with classroom activities and lessons - Monitor and supervise children during recess and other activities - Help with classroom management and behavior guidance - Good communication skills in Amharic - fluency in English is a plus - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children

Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, Economics, Math, English, Biology, Economics, General Science, Social Studies, Performing and Visual Arts, Citizenship, Afaan Oromo, and Moral or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Note:  If a teacher stays in agreement, they are not allowed to work on any other platform for the next year. Bachelor’s degree CGPA above 3.7 Duties & Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of modern pedagogical practices and teaching methodologies. - Ability to develop, structure, and align content with national and international curriculum standards. - Experience in preparing lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and instructional materials.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Math, English, General Science, Social Studies, Citizenship, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience A new graduate CGPA above 3.7 (high experience is preferred). Duties & Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of modern pedagogical practices and teaching methodologies. - Ability to develop, structure, and align content with national and international curriculum standards. Required Skill: - strong pedagogical knowledge, curriculum alignment, content creation, and excellent communication skills. - Experience in online teaching and multimedia content development is preferred but not required.
