Job Description
Direct nursing staff in the provision of patient care in a clinical practice setting, such as a hospital, hospice, clinic, or home. Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.
Major duties/responsibilities
Create treatment plans for patients.
Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
Provide advice and emotional support.
Assist surgeons during surgery.
Ensure proper documentation of activities using appropriate tools for accurate and timely record keeping;
Assist individuals in receiving medical care for;
Keep confidentially and follow-up participant’s record, tracking contact, counselling, testing, and referrals;
Adhere to strict procedures of confidentiality, release of information and data security
Ensure enough stock equipment, prevention commodities and request such materials in advance.
Prepare monthly/weekly reports to the coordinator about progress, challenges, and any other issues pertaining to his/her duties.
Job requirements
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s science degree(BSC) in Nursing from a recognized institution,
Additional Skills
Good communication skills and team player;
Energetic and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends;
Emotionally mature with a sense of humour to maintain balance;
Ability to work 24-hour shifts.
Patience with difficult patients
Work Experience: Fresh Graduate
Salary: Negotiable
