KAYU TECHNOLOGIES PLC wants to hire Network Technician
Working Place: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia .
The Technicians' Role in the Maintenance of High-Performance Systems, Training and Experience in CCTV Technicians, Closed Circuit Television Operators, Network Cabling Technicians and more about CCTV
Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling.
Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices.
Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
Conferring with customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing Network systems specifications.
Ensuring compliance with specifications, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.
Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing projects and studies.
Preparing specifications for purchases of network equipment and materials.
Supervising or training project team members.
Estimating material, costs for budget preparation.
Working with a variety of technicians. Requirements and skills
Proven experience as camera operator & as network technician or relevant position
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience operating relevant equipment (cameras, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think and act quickly
Job Requirements:
BSc/BA degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
CISCO or related certificates much preferable.
Experience: 2 Years & above
