Provides a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel; performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files; tracks sales records; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.
Job Requirement
Education: BA in Business Management /Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Experience: Three /3 years of relevant experience in banking industry of which one/1 year on officer position.
Specific Functions:
International Payment Scheme, and merchants;
Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees (if any);
Prepares and organizes adjustment document for posting of the disputed transaction;
Receive and check suspicious commission payment transactions;
Check and approve transaction entries and standing instructions on the Mobile Money system;
Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;
Performs other duties as assigned.
