Sansheng Pharmaceutical plc (SSP) is a GMP certified company by EFDA and is currently working for further international certifications of WHO and other country's regulatory bodies. SSP is involved in the production of tablets / capsules (annual capacity of 5 billion units) and injection products in the form of ampules (annual capacity of 300 million ampules) and large volume infusions (annual capacity of over 10 million liters/bags) by using fully automatic and semiautomatic state of the art technology. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the material transfer to and from warehouse is  in accordance with the production plan

• Make sure the availability of intermediate Documents and related records in place.

• Check all manufacturing imputes and intermediate products have got QC approval before using for production.

• Check the right materials are used for production.

• Supervise the cleanness of intermediate equipment and premise. 

• Check final weights or quantities of bulk intermediates and report to workshop manager in case of any deviations. 

• Work to reduce wastage of products and materials.

• Obey strictly the rules and regulations sign and abide by the company code of ethics.

• Dispensing of raw and packaging materials.

• Coordinating closely with the production line leader on the issuance and checking of the batch dispensed materials prior to withdrawal from the warehouse.

• Ensuring the correct labeling of stored raw materials at the warehouse.

• Observing the proper handling and storage of raw materials in accordance to its safety handling instructions indicated in the packaging/container label and/or as indicated on its MSDS.

• Enforcing FEFO policy on all materials.

• Weighing and issuing raw materials and packaging materials based on the Batch Production Record (BPR) and the Packaging Direction Record (PDR), respectively

• Accomplishing the dispensing tags based on actual dispensed and issue these materials for production.

• Assisting in the monthly physical inventory and orderly storage of raw and packaging materials in the warehouse.

• Reporting to immediate superior and/or QMD staff any discrepancy observed in the material being   handled.

• Cleaning and maintaining the orderliness of the working area, equipment, dispensing tools before and after the dispensing operations.

• Performing routine validation of weighing scales before usage.

• Observing and complying to the requirements of Good Storage and Warehouse Practices.

• Perform all additional work related to Manufacturing and warehouse
