Job Description
Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation wishes to invite applicants for Agro-Technical & Technology College (ATTC) in Harar with the following qualification and experience:
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Conducts lecturers and training sessions according to the curricular requirement and contents of the College;
Prepares lesson plans and develop up to the standard teaching materials for the courses he/she offers;
Assess and evaluates students’ academic performances through summative and formative didactic evaluation methods.
Fully commit himself/herself to engage in other curricular or extracurricular activities given by the College
Number required: Three (3)
Other Benefits: Housing Allowance Birr 1000 (One thousand Birr/month) and Medical Coverage (100%) locally.
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
MSc in Automotive Engineering/ Motor Vehicle Engineering and BSc in the same field
MSc in Control and Automation Engineering or in Control & Instrumentation Engineering and BSc in Electrical Control or Industrial Control Engineering
MSc in Power Electronics Engineering and BSc in Electrical Power Engineering;
CGPA ³ 3.00;
Thesis result should be very good and above;
Applicant must:
Have a minimum of two years teaching experience at higher learning institutions;
Provide clearance;
Have team good spirit;
Be of a good conduct and free of any addiction; and
Be committed to achieve the goal of the college;
Language:
A good command of spoken & written English
