Job Description

The main role of a company secretary is to take on responsibility for compliance and governance, oversee high-level financial and legal matters for a company and to support the board of directors. If you have a passion for administration, business or law you may want to consider a career as a company secretary

• Salary: Attractive (As per the new bank scale)
• Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: LLM/LLB /MBA/MA/BA/ degree in law, Management, Business Administration, Business Leadership or related fields.

Experience: 9/10 years’ experience of which 01 year as Division Manager or equivalent in Banking Industry.

Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
