• Human resources officers develop and implement strategies that help their employers select and retain appropriately qualified staff within that business sector. They recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling on policies and procedures

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

• Develop training and development programs

• Assist in performance management processes

• Maintain employee records (attendance, staff data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Management .Public Administration.  Human Resource Management
