Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Preparation to Execute Contract,

2. Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring:

3. Carry out adequate contract appreciation and verify that contractual terms are followed;

4. Recognize risks and devise risk-mitigation strategies within each Contract;

5. Develop and sustain client relationships both Governmental and Private;

6. Ensure that work for each Contract is measured, billed, certified, and collected in a timely and accurate manner;

7. Ensure claims and variations are identified, documented, and submitted for the client as per the Contract; 

8. Prepare contractual letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties.

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Technology (COTM) or MSC in Construction Management and Technology with a minimum experience of 4 years;

2. Well articulated writer and presenter with very good office work discipline ;

3. Punctual, team player and leadership capabilities that are outstanding;
