• Interpret building designs and add technical specifications to construction projects. They integrate engineering principles into the designs to ensure that structures are safe and resistant. They work together with architects and engineers to transform design ideas into executable plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform Building Structural Design Analysis andPrepare Design Drawings;

2. Prepare Structural Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation;

3. Perform all Structural Engineering Inspection works for all assignedConstruction and Installation of Building Structures;

4. Input on Planning and scheduling construction work;

5. Assisting in preparation of construction documents;

6. Reviewing construction documents and drawings

7. Resolving Building Structural issues and Professional concerns;

8. Preparing Project scheduleas assigned;

9. Providing Guidance and Direction to Team members;

10. Assist in Preparationto Execute Contract;

11. Assist in Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring:

12. Carry out adequate contract appreciation and verify that contractual terms are followed;

13. Recognize risks and devise risk-mitigation strategies within each Contract;

14. Prepare letters, have them authorized by the Technical Project Coordinator or Resident Engineers, and send them to the client, Contractors, and other parties;

15. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and coordinator.

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Technology (COTM) or MSC in Structural Engineeringwith a minimum experience of 4 years;

2. Well articulated writer and presenter with very good office work discipline ;

3. Punctual, team player and leadership capabilities that are outstanding;
