Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in Preparation andExecution of Contract;
Contracts Management & Administration and Performance Monitoring;
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements;
Scrutinizing material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best dealsfor clients are meet;
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents;
Keeping track of materials and ensuring that the contractor is ordering more ahead of time asrequired;
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets;
Interin Payment Certificate Preparation, Review and certification for different projects that our company is undertaking in Ethiopia and Africa.

Job Requirements
A Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and Technology (COTM) or MSC in Construction Management and Technology with a minimum experience of 8years and with atleast three year full year experience dedicated to Road works quantity survey work either on site or in office;
Well articulated writer and presenter with very good office work discipline ;
Punctual, team player and leadership capabilities that are outstanding;
