Responsibilities:

•Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

• Working closely with team leads and managerial staff.

• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

• Help design, document and maintain company processes.

• Gathering Functional and non-functional requirements. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS or any related fields with 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst? Are you looking for more challenge in a fast-growing professional company with disciplined work culture?

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Confidence working with complex data and systems

• Good knowledge of web technology and database is required

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Time management and organizational skills

• Problem-solving skill

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization

• Knowledge in Software development is a plus
