We are hiring ERP Roll out implementation Function Consultants for one of our client, a private IT company 

 Job Summary

The ERP Roll out implementation Function Consultant is responsible for deploying ERP software for our company. The chosen candidate will be consulting with management to determine the company’s ERP needs, analyzing the performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions to customers .

 Duties and Responsibilities

. Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.

. Consult with customers to ensure their thorough understanding of software specifications, clarifying what is included and what is not included.

. Collaborate with customers to define or assist in defining requirements and specifications for modifications to the software, ensuring alignment with their business needs.

. Work closely with the development team, providing clear specifications and assisting in understanding customer requirements during the development process. Conduct thorough testing and document changes made to the software.

. Train internal colleagues on the operation of modified software, ensuring a smooth handover of projects to the support function when necessary.

. Conduct training sessions for the customer’s project team, providing knowledge transfer and guidance on the operation of modified software as required.

. Take ownership of implementations, ensuring all customer documentation is complete, and overseeing the completion of pre-live checklists to ensure readiness for going live.

. Resolve or assist in the resolution of customer problems and queries arising from the implementation and live operation of standard or modified software at customer sites.

. Complete all relevant project management documentation and contribute to the standardization of project management practices.

. Deliver senior-level presentations that are commercially focused and tailored to the customer’s needs.

. Complying with industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualification

. Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields preferred. M.Sc. in the above fields is strongly desirable.

.  Project management certification as well as ERP certification will be advantageous.

Work Experience

 Minimum of 10 years Experience as an ERP consultant in a similar position 5 of which must include experience with ERP tools

. Proven Experience in delivering training sessions and conducting knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.

. Proven project management experience

 Other Skills Requirements

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with  cross- functional teams

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to consult and liaise effectively.

· Solid understanding of ERP/software requirements gathering, documentation, and testing processes.

· Technical proficiency in ERP/software systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues with patience and professionalism
