Job Summary

The ERP Roll out implementation Function Intern will assist in analyzing and defining assigned ERP systems functions and business processes and user needs; participate in the functional configuration, testing, and maintenance of assigned ERP systems modules according to operational and business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Assist in the deployment of ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.

• Collaborate with customers to define or assist in defining requirements and specifications for modifications to the software, ensuring alignment with their business needs.

• Assist in the functional configuration of the assigned ERP systems areas to satisfy requests from end users for fixes, changes, and enhancements.

• Assists in performing unit and integration testing for assigned module from development to production, and troubleshooting of configuration and master data problems after release strategy changes and/or upgrades and other configuration changes have been created, making changes in configurations to resolve errors.

• Interface with users to interpret and clarify basic configuration details and process change requirements involving assigned ERP systems areas.

• Track and documents changes in basic functional and business specifications and writes detailed procedures that can be easily understood by end-users.

• Support training in the basic usage of assigned ERP system functionality.

• Receive on-the-job training from higher-level business analysts in the use of advanced functional configuration and testing techniques and methods.

• Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users.

• Work closely with the development team, providing clear specifications and assisting in understanding customer requirements during the development process. Conduct thorough testing and document changes made to the software.

• Participate in training on the operation of modified software, ensuring a smooth handover of projects to the support function when necessary.

• Assist in conducting training sessions for the customer’s project team, providing knowledge transfer and guidance on the operation of modified software as required.

• Complying with industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields preferred

• Project management certification as well as ERP certification will be advantageous.

Work Experience

• Proven Experience in training facilitation to internal and external stakeholders.

• Prior work experience within the following fields: Accounting, MIS, Business, or Informational Technology preferred.
