Job Description

Oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum level & Type of Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management,  Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking, Finance & Investment, Corporate Finance or related fields.

  • Minimum Work Experience:  6 years of relevant work experience, out of which 1 year in. CSM, Senior officer & related positions

  • Qty: 20

Place of Work: Branch Offices (Addis Ababa,Diredawa, Adama &  Tepi)
