Job Description
Beka Food Manufacturing is an established coffee roasting and biscuit factory located in Bole Sub City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales person to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a strong customer base, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing outstanding customer service.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Present and demonstrate our products to customers, showcasing their benefits and addressing any concerns or objections.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and share insights with the management team.
Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and build relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and overcome objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
Knowledge of the industry market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
