Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.

• Ensure high-quality customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

• Provide clear and comprehensive information to clients about the restaurant's services and corresponding fees.

• Engage in financial activities, including establishing and setting budgets, and allocating funds to different departments.

• Foster a culture that aligns with the organization's values, promotes excellent performance, and recognizes productivity.

• Maintain a clean and safe reception area, ensuring it remains tidy at all times.

• Evaluate the restaurant's performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to enhance customer service.

• Resolve issues related to hotel services, amenities, and policies in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Reconcile daily sales amounts with the sales summary to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, providing training on hospitality, guest relations, policies, acceptable service, and procedures.

• Ensure consistent maintenance and general upkeep of the restaurant premises.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Academic qualification

• BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Front Office Management, or other related fields;

Additional qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills;

  • Ability to empathize and anticipate the needs of clients and visitors;

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including sales software;

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets;

  • Familiarity with various hotel operation systems;

  • Ability to remain composed and manage stressful situations;

  • Creative problem-solving abilities;

  • Knowledge of foreign languages is considered advantageous.

Years of experience: At least 4+ years’ experience within the Hotel industry.
