Responsibilities:

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company's products to customers;

• Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support;

• Strong lead the sales team for securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries;

• Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs;

• Lead customer visits and maintain/cultivate senior-level customer relationships;

• Cooperate with internal technical support & customer service teams to address customer inquiry;

• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers;

• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

• Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and

Academic qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Marketing and other related fields

Additional qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential

  • Ability to lead and motivate team

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skill

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic

  • Sales promotion and assessment skills

  • Experience in sales and the technology field.

Years of experience: Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a related sector

Salary: Negotiable plus performance bonus
