Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance;

• Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately;

• Communicate with finance and HR department for different report requirements;

• Ensure the accuracy of the system and report if there is any malfunction;

• Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency;

• Computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems;

• Supervise and process help desk support requests in a timely manner;

• Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches;

• Maintain a standard filing system for an easy and quick document assessment and retrieval;

• Support development and implementation of new computer and hardware installations;

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and supervise installations;

• Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems;

• Provide IT support for different departments and units as requested;

• Other tasks instructed by supervisor

Job Requirements

Academic qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or related field.

Additional qualifications

• Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and well-organized work ethic

  • Knowledge of using different hardware.

  • Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Communication and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential 

  • Ability to work in a team

Years of experience:   2+ years of experience in this field.
