Key Responsibilities:

·       Design Execution: Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to execute design projects and bring creative concepts to life. Create visually compelling graphics for both print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral.

·       Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design projects based on knowledge and experience gained during the first year of professional work. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages.

·       Image Editing and Retouching: Utilize image editing software to retouch, resize, and enhance photographs and other visual assets for use in marketing materials.

·       Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand identity.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Experience: Minimum of 1-2 year of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a strong portfolio can be considered instead of formal education.

·       Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

·       Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages.

·       Passion for Design: Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for graphic design, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
