Major Duties:

· Check the merchant branch profile includes attachment with banner and picture and address with description, address and map and working hours are appropriately created

· Check the company profile is created appropriately if branch profile doesn’t exist it to syncs the company profile by default which includes company description and attachment with banners, logo and pictures

· Check the hotel profiles i.e. hotel star, amenities, room amenities, room attachment which includes description, picture and video are created appropriately

· Regularly monitoring and evaluating the work performance of the subordinates, encouraging those who perform well and taking necessary action against those who perform poorly

· Understanding consumer behavior and analyzing sales report

· Ensure consumer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded

· End to end control over the order fulfillment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through delivery

· Write inspiring and accurate product descriptions, within an agreed format

Optimizing and updating product images and catalog details

Job Requirements

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

. Minimum of 2 year of professional experience in hotels.
