Decathlon is a French Company, started in 1976.It is a sportswear retailer. We started our office in Ethiopia 5 years ago. We source Ready Made Garments from Industrial Parks in Ethiopia and export them to Europe, Turkey, China.

Job Responsibility: 

• Responsible for Development of Garment Sample 

•  Responsible for Costing of Product 

• Responsible for Bulk production Quality Management 

• Responsible for Process Improvement to Improve Productivity

• Responsible to Resolve Technical Issues at production site 

 Opening Location : One- Addis Ababa, One- Sebeta

 Date of Joining: November 1, 2023

Job Requirements

Candidate Education  :

• Graduate Minimum

• Minimum Experience :  2 Years

•  Maximum Experience :  5 Years

 Candidate Skills & Behavior Expected

• Should be proficient in MS office tools

• Proficient with basic mathematical and statistical concepts

• English Verbal and Written is Good 

• Must be willing to Be working in factory everyday as a Brand representative

•  Should be willing to practice Sports 

•  Team oriented ,Positive attitude 

• Self motivation to achieve more than expected
