Job Description
The Opportunity
This post holder will provide operation support within the HR/OD department to deliver end-to-end transactional HR services. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the HR policies, guidelines, and practices are understood and implemented by PIE Staff. Support in ensuring HR services for benefits administration, contract management and etc are in line with set HR policy, procedure, and practices.

Safeguarding Children and Young People (Safeguarding) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI)
Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.
Ensures that all staff signed safeguarding policies;
Implement Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day to day work.
The Individual
Qualifications/ Experience Essential:
Minimum B.A. degree in Management, HR, and/or Business Administration or related fields
At least Five to Seven years of HR experience as HR Specialist and understanding of HR in emergency set-up.
Development of best practice HR policies and systems that support the achievement of Plan’s goals.
Knowledge of HR, good understanding of Development organizations
Awareness of child protection issues
Qualification Desirable:
Skills Specific to the Post
Competent in use of word and excel
Commendable writing skills
Ability to negotiate, advocate and influence effectively at all levels of the Country Office and outside of line management relationships.
Listening, coaching and counselling skills.
Behaves calmly and consistently in approach to high pressures environment
Listens & Communicates effectively
Languages Required:
Fluency in English is essential (perfect written and spoken)
