The scaffolding and formwork foreman is responsible for planning and scheduling the scaffolding and formwork work for a construction project. This includes coordinating with the project manager, engineers, and other trades to ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget. He is also responsible for managing the resources for the scaffolding and formwork work, this includes ordering materials, equipment, and tools, and ensuring that they are used efficiently.

•  Planning and organizing scaffolding and formwork

• Supervising the scaffolding and formwork crew

•  Inspecting scaffolding and formwork

• Enforcing safety regulations. 

• Managing material and equipment

• Preparing reports and documentation.

• Solving problems and resolving conflicts.

• Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding and formwork.

• Obtaining permits and approvals for scaffolding and formwork work.

Job Requirements

. Level IV and above in building /road construction

. 8 years and above experience in known construction company
