Job Description

  • As a senior customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders and returns, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new customer service representatives.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  MA or BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields

  • Work Experience:  2/3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash I, Senior, Internal Controller I, or equivalent
