Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure traceability, quality control, and alignment with specialty coffee, organic, RA certification standards. - Manage export and local sales operation in alignment with quality profiles and client specifications. - Supervise factory staff across cleaning, processing, roasting, and packaging units.
