Responsibilities

• In charge of allocating messengers to customer orders and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system/Dashboard.

• Monitor the route and status of deliveries to coordinate and prioritize their schedule if there is a change

• Handles the planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.

• Responsible for ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

• Responsible for confronting climate change issues by implementing transport strategies.

• Assists in helping clients receive order updates, track their parcels and provide helpful information as required along with customer service.

• Provide analysis on order amount, delays and solutions taken

• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

• Reading incoming messages is on the computer-aided dispatch dashboard or cellphone. Sometimes these messages will appear on multiple screens.

• Any other activities related with the post or assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field of study

Experience:

• at least one year experience in Dispatch and related field
