Responsibilities

• Develop Relationships and network with potential Clients to establish contracts and develop strong relationships with different departments within the company to ensure everyone is working toward the same targets and goals.

• Create Plans for Business sales Growth, developing strategic plans to encourage sales growth and analyze data to create action plans that are based on statistics, and measure results against targets.

• Develop Customer Pricing Structures, develop risk assessments of services to work toward commercial goals.

• Oversee and manage sales agents. If issues arise with partners and customers, you will work with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

• Monitor Regulations, make sure customers adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations. Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.

• Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions and oversee branding and marketing efforts alongside marketing partners to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goal

• Increasing brand awareness and market share by coordinating marketing strategies with the sales team.

• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Good with numbers and figures

• Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills

• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other information processing software.

• Excellent organizing ability

• Great attention to detail

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic and the language spoken in the area.

Education, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar fields

Experience:

• least One year experience as a marketing or sales manager.
