Job Description
Assist in development of short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
Assist all marketing, communications and public relations activities including publications, media relations, and so forth;
Write, announce or distribute press releases to introduce new products and services, new members of the management team, expansions and other newsworthy developments
Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Bank’s image and position within the market and the general public and measure the success of each implemented program
Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities by developing strong relationships with media representatives;
Assist all marketing, communications and public relations activities including publications, media relations, and so forth
Undertake and follow up the proper executions of Bank’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Bank
Follow up the appearance and consistency of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc are executed as per the bank’s manual
Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, and communications and use this information to help the bank operate with initiative and innovation.
Job Requirements
Qualification
MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Communications, Marketing Management, Business Administration or other related fields of study
Experience
3/5 years of experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which 2 years as Communication Officer or equivalent position
