Job Description
Semu Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal and Licensing Coordinator. If you have a knack for handling legal matters, licenses, and ensuring regulatory compliance, we invite you to apply and become a vital part of our dynamic real estate company.
Job Responsibilities:
Take charge of legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and policies, ensuring they meet legal standards.
Manage licenses, permits, and certifications to ensure our operations stay on the right side of the law.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and government laws to ensure the company's activities remain compliant.
Collaborate with different departments to provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
Help identify and mitigate potential legal risks that the company might face.
Assist in contract management, tracking renewals, and maintaining records.
Support the company's data privacy efforts by adhering to data protection laws.
Handle routine legal tasks and assist with any necessary paperwork.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher degree in a related field.
Proven ability to manage legal and licensing tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with legal documentation, compliance procedures, and regulatory matters.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.
