Duties & Responsibilities:

• Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

• Maintain proper Records and Files 

• Effects periodical payments on time.

• prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Document

Job Requirement

• Qualification:A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

• Experience:Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer
