Currently, we are seeking to hire a Senior HR Analyst for Frontieri Head quarter office, Addis Ababa. The position holder with the understanding of the nature of the business, responsible to handle HR Solutions analysis related with recruitment and selection, employment contract management outsourcing, organizational development, and employee’s capacity development program management.

General Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior HR Analyst:
The position holder is required to be acquainted with the role of multi tasks mindset and deliver results.
Based on her or his understanding of the nature of the business that the company engaged in the position holder is responsible for handling client requests and agreements with client organization.
The position holder is also responsible to take part in the marketing and promotional aspects of the business to potential client organizations.
The position holder is also responsible to handle client requests related with employment contract outsourcing management, organizational development related tasks such us in assessing company’s HRM related problems and challenges and producing HR solutions.
The position holder will also take part in organizational system designs such us strategic plan, organizational structure, position identification, JD including its requirements design, job evaluation and grading, salary scale construction, HR policy review and design including benefits and compensation programs.
The position holder is also responsible for taking part in client organizations capacity development needs, in designing capacity building programs.
The position holder is responsible to take part in designing and delivering competency based HRM capacity building in all areas of HR functions: Recruitment and selection, Reward management, Performance management, training, and development,
The position holder will also take part in supervisory levels capacity assessment sessions, design mitigation mechanism and conduct capacity building sessions.
The position holder will take part in the development of training and development manuals
The position holder will handle any other related tasks as required.
Job Requirements
HRM Knowledge:
This position requires good understanding of the subject matter of managing the human resources in a business company
Good knowledge of business organization challenges with respect to Talent management
Good understanding of local labor laws and the most common company HR policies and practice
Good academic background in managing the human resources.
Good understanding of the contribution of HR in managing business organizations
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Total of 8 years or more relevant experience working in International, NGO and Consultancy
Experience working on the competencies listed above and relevant position
