We are pleased to announce the following position within the Technology Function. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Job requirements
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical & Electronics engineering/Computer Science/IT.
At least 7 years’ experience in a busy telecommunication/ IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge of Mobile and Fixed services with at least 2 years’ experience managing a team.
Working knowledge in Unix systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL.
Expertise in various analytics tools such and Python, Standard Query languages
Experience in Procedural Programming languages, Linux/Unix, scripting,
Proficiency in networking protocols – TCP/IP, professional certification e.g. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent is preferred
Prior Experience in GSM and fixed services billing is preferred.
Domain experience in GSM and IT is a must.
