Job Description
Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire Senior Mechanical Engineer fulfill the following criteria;
Lead the design and implementation of plumbing and mechanical systems
Develop, update, and maintain drawings and specifications
Research, identify, and resolve engineering problems
Develop engineering plans, in accordance with client specifications, sketches, or other documents
Develop initial project concepts, site plans, and layout plans
Encourage team members to perform to their highest potential
Establish business contacts and promote a positive image
Oversee operations, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
Communicate with managers and other team members

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of H & I beam structural work
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Experience in designing, fabricating and erecting steel structures
Cutting, shaping and assembling structural steel components using various tools and equipment
Welding different types of joints using different welding methods and techniques
Inspecting and testing welds for quality and compliance with standards
Following safety rules and regulations and wearing safety equipment
Skills in communication, problem-solving, creativity and attention to detail
At least 5 years of experience for H & I beam structural work
