Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
preparing invoices and maintaining documentation
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare various financial documents
Assist with preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other reporting as required
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational reports
Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and reporting systems
Ensure all reports are accurate and up to date
Organizing archival systems
Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use
Retrieving documents upon request
Assist with both internal and external audits
Ensure documentation integrity
Control access to documents
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in a related field of study
Work experience as an Accountant and Documentation Specialist or similar role
Outstanding organizational skills
Multitasking ability
Excellent written and verbal communication
