As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Management Company Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

 We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven PEST CONTROL MANAGER to direct and manage our organizations of PESCO PEST Solution Management PLC business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs on the pest control. Duties for the pest control manager will include support allocating all over holding companies plan and business activities, formulating policies on companies planning , monitoring and motivating staff, managing all company pest solution and management, ensuring good planning and development manuals, and monitoring all company pest control planning and business development activities and entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and meeting business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the pest management industry and possess excellent managerial and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily pest management operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

• Lead and mentor a team of pest management technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

•  Develop and implement effective pest management strategies and techniques to address various pest-related issues.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and improve service quality.

• Conduct regular inspections of client premises, identify pest infestations, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

•  Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments, address concerns, and provide guidance on pest prevention measures.

•  Maintain accurate records of services provided, pest control activities, and client communications.

• Monitor inventory levels of pest control supplies, equipment, and chemicals, and place orders as needed.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify business opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and expand the customer base.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and provide effective resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

•  Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including service metrics, customer feedback, and financial results.

• Conduct performance evaluations of technicians and provide feedback to support their professional growth.

• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, suppliers, and industry associations, to stay informed and maintain strong industry relationships.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• In order to be a pest control service manager, must either have previous management experience or extensive knowledge of the pest control industry. This means that, essentially, you can either qualify for this position by having experience as a manager in an industry other than pest control, or as a well-seasoned member of the pest control industry who has worked his/her way up over the years. Pest control service managers must obtain the necessary license or certification.

• MBS /BSC in Plant Science, Environmental science, pest management and related fields required,

• 8/10+ years (MBS & BSC) with demonstrated experience in direct pest control management,

• Strong project management and change management experience with the ability to develop and execute clear action plans. 

• Strong financial, strategic planning and business planning skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of pest identification, behavior, and treatment methods for various pests.

• Familiarity with local and international regulations governing pest management practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with pest management software and MS Office applications.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
