Job Description
Responsibility Description*
Provide legal support during the construction permit application submission process
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction permit receiving process
Overcome any problems encountered during Dara signing
Address any issues faced during the construction permit process
Resolve any claims made by landowners
Solve any community issues that arise during project milestones such as SAQ, CW, and TI
Overcome any issues that arise if an owner refuses after a lease agreement is made
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other agreements
Job Requirements
Education and Major requirements
A Bachelor's Degree from law school
Minimum of 3 years experience practicing law in the Tigray language
Strong Knowledge of Somali law and legal System
Ability to work independently and as part of a Team
Ability to manage multiple priority
Project Experience
Experience in advising on community-related legal issues
Experience on high level governmental organization
Key requirements
1. he can speak Tigray language vey well
2. he is very clear about Tigray Local policy and cultural environment
3. he has Minimum 3 years experience in legal affairs at Tigray
4. he has good language communication skills and clear logical thinking
Language Skill
