BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Duties & Responsibilities: - Design and implement transparent, equitable recruitment and hiring processes. - Lead onboarding, offboarding, succession planning, and exit interviews to strengthen retention. - Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies

BA Degree in Human Resources or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Employee orientation, development, and training and recordkeeping - Performance management and improvement tracking systems - Assisting with employee relations - Company employee communication - Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system (both electronic and hard copy)
