Africure Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Ethiopia plc is now looking to hire experienced candidates who are visionary to contribute a positive impact in team of Arricure Ethiopia on the following job positions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products with the respective categories to feed business operations and customer demand;

• Dispensing and issue of raw materials and packing materials to production and packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record;

• Lead the revision, development or creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, SOPs and processes to aid and improve operational performances;

• Ensure compliance with current Good manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in warehouse;

• Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and guidelines;

• Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of both raw materials to Production and finished goods to Distribution Teams;

• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out including labeling of all stock items;

• Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, to reduce waste, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives;

• Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff under his/her supervision to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines;

• Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets and operational requirements;

• Prepare packing list and dispatch plan for Finished Goods and dispatch of Finished Goods;

• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with department strategy;

• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system;

• Handling of Damaged, Rejected and Expired materials in warehouse;

• Follow up with relevant departments and concerned authority for disposal of nonmoving, obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials.

Salary: - For both job positions as per Company scale and benefit package.

Place of work: - Addis Ababa, Kilinto Industry Park.

Closing Date: - Ten (10) consecutive days including Saturday from date of this announcement.

Term of Employment: - Permanent up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• MA/BA in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related fields

• at least with 3 – 5 years demonstrated work experience on the position in FMCG industries  (pharma experience is advantageous).
