We are seeking to hire HR Business Partner for Frontieri Head quarter office, Addis Ababa. Currently Frontieri approved reviewed structure which was derived from the new strategic plan where talent outsourcing become one of the seven business units where talent outsourcing will engage in the provision of HR services both to internal and external client organizations. So, the HR Business partner will be responsible to understand of the nature of the business and handle the provision of HR services to client organizations.

General Duties and Responsibilities of HR Business partner:

  • The position holder is required to be acquainted with the role of multi tasks mindset and deliver results.

  • Based on her or his understanding of the nature of the business that the company engaged in the position holder is responsible for handling client requests and agreements with client organization in the provision of HR services.

  • The position holder is also responsible to take part in the marketing and promotional aspects of the HR service business to potential client organizations.

  • The position holder is also responsible to handle client requests related with the supply of talented candidates on demand, employment contract outsourcing management, payroll management, organizational development related tasks such us in assessing company’s HRM related problems and challenges and producing HR solutions.

  • The HR business partner is also responsible for the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures of both to the internal company as well as client organizations.

  • The HR business partner will coordinate the monthly payroll, leave management and other HR related policy aspects of the companies where the business organization is engaged in through agreements.

  • The position holder is responsible for managing the details of recruitment and selection process as part of providing the right talent at the right time which calls for good knowledge of the company’s recruitment websites, operational manuals as well as producing progress report through recruitment and selection trucking sheets.

  • The position holder is also responsible for taking part in client organizations capacity development needs assessment, in designing capacity building programs and provision of training in the areas of managing the human resource.

  • The position holder is responsible to take part in designing and delivering competency based HRM capacity building in all areas of HR functions: Recruitment and selection, Reward management, Performance management, training, and development,

  • The HR Business partner is responsible for the development of talent pool that can enable to provide effective HR service to both the internal organization and for client organizations.

  • The position holder will take part in the development of training and development manuals

  • The HR business partner will produce periodic reports to the needs of client organization which includes payment request for the service provided.

  • The position holder will handle any other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

HRM Knowledge:

  • This position requires good understanding of the subject matter of providing HR Services as a business company

  • Good knowledge of business organization challenges with respect to Talent management which targets the provision of better HR outsourcing services.

  • Good understanding of local labor laws and the most common company’s’ HR policies and practice

  • Good academic background in managing the human resources.

  • Good understanding of the contribution of HR, as HR Business partner,  in managing business organizations

  • Good understanding of the recruitment and selection outsourcing service business in the labor market and talent sourcing.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

  • Total of 8 or more years together with relevant experience working in HR Consulting business, recruitment and selection companies and organizations where HR is well managed.

  • Experience working on the competencies listed above and relevant position

Skills:

  • Well conversant in designing the tools for collecting talented candidate’s data and conduct talent assessment for client organizations which calls for experience in handling different assessment tools.

  • HR as business mentality where the specific skills for HR service provision is required

  • Excellent communication skills that enable to convince and create confidence by the potential client organization on HR service provision.

  • The ability to conduct know-how transfer through training and coaching/mentoring

  • The ability to design need-based presentations on HR related tasks and services.

  • The ability to communicate both in writing and orally and deliver message to client organizations

  • Good ability to use Excel and be able to produce reports,

  • Good ability in building good team spirit and be able to generate excellent team result

  • The ability to create clarity of expectations, manage individual employees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.

  • Good ability to produce reports with the required level of competencies
