Addis International Catering (AIC) is a leading service provider for prestigious international airlines such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, Egypt Air, Kenya Airways, Saudi and Fly Dubai as well as major global private business jet and VIP charter operators.
The company also provides event and contracted catering and related services to embassies, schools, government and private organizations, businesses and individuals in the local market.
We operate out of Bole International Airport in a state of the art catering facility with easy access to the Airport as well as the city and are currently inviting high caliber candidates to fill in the below vacant position:
Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager provides over-all direction in Human Resources functions including staffing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee & labor relations and performance appraisal.
Also develop, maintain and implement the company’s Human Resource policies and procedures in line with legal provisions and industry common practices, etc
Job Requirements
Education:
BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience out of which five years in HR management at a senior/strategic level Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, Motivational, Communication and Organizational Skills
Good problem solving /Analytical skills
Skill

Ability to facilitate change
Personal adaptability/flexibility
Good planning and organizing skills
