As a Senior Accountant at Top Beverage Industry and Trading, your primary responsibility will be maintaining and managing the company's financial records. You will contribute to the financial growth and success of the organization through proper financial management, accurate reporting, and compliance with regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Maintain accurate and complete general ledger accounts and ensure timely recording of transactions.

• Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.

• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the management team.

• Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments

• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant) is a plus
