Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling the organization’s marketing and promotion related activities with great enthusiasm and having the knowledge of relevant marketing techniques and principles. The senior officer's duties will include providing ongoing design solutions and closely monitoring the performance of branding and marketing programs. Additionally, he or she is in charge of creating concepts, visual layouts, and product logos in accordance with the brand guidelines.

Academic & Professional Qualification

· Certificate in Adobe Creative Suit (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and in design)

· Certificate in Video Camera, Photography & Videography.

Additional Skills:

· Demonstrable graphic design skills

· Ability to design info/motion graphic/animations/interactive ads is an added advantage

· Photography or Videography skills would also be an added advantage

· Expertise in design software including Adobe tools

Responsibility & Tasks

· Rough layouts of artwork and prose that consider arrangement, scale, type size and style, and associated aesthetic principles serve as conceptual illustrations.

·Excellent social media engagement skills (Canva a must, Adobe a plus)

·Design brand identity systems, packaging, graphics, and campaigns with proficiency in both print and digital spaces

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

· Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields Experience

·At least 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent
