Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing insightful hypotheses, actionable insights, guidance, analysis, and support through data on the bank’s digital products’ performance, customer behaviour and insights to enable the business to acquire, develop, and retain customers more profitably and effectively.

Additional Skills:

· Provides data and related insights to the management team for decision support and

· Maintain the company system to provide trends and data to shape strategic decisions, commercial programs and key engagements with leaders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor's/B.Sc. Degree Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Communication Management, or any other relevant field

· At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
