• F&B Cost Controller Duties and Responsibilities: Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.

Job Requirement

• Requirements: BA Degree in Hotel Management or related fields; at least 3 years of work experience as a Food and Beverage controller in a four or five-star Hotel, has extensive skill in the area.
